EXPORT INCIDENTS

1. Multiple Incidents can be exported into a Microsoft Excel Worksheet

   1. To export the VSP incidents, select all the required incidents, expand Export

      

   2. Select the required option – Selected Incidents or All Incidents

   3. Click YES on the confirmation screen

      

   4. The incidents are downloaded as an excel file on the local machine

2. Alternatively, an individual incident can be exported in both Microsoft Excel and PDF formats
