CREATE RELEVANT APPLICATIONS ON CMS

Create the below two Applications as described below

1. Navigate to Provisioning under Applications in the left navigation pane

   

2. KongAPI Application

   1. Application Details – Provide the Application Name and Version. Click NEXT

      

   2. Add Service – Provide the below information

       

      Parameter	Value
      Service Name	kong-proxy
      Service Tag	2.3
      Service Type	Application Services
      Deployment Type	K8s
      Deployment Name	ingress-kong
      Operating System Platform	Linux

      Table – Add Service (Webservice Application)

      

   3. Add Process – Provide the below information. Click SAVE

       

      Parameter	Value
      CI Phase Image Name	vartifacts.jfrog.io/virsec/kong:2.3
      CD Phase Image Name	Optional field – No value required
      Process Name	nginx
      Process Description	nginx
      Process Type	Binary
      Vulnerabilities	Buffer Error (Protection Mode - Detect)
      Protection Profile Name	Select the created Profile from the dropdown
      Inline Action	None
      Process/Executable Name	Nginx
      Executable Binary Folder	/usr/local/openresty/nginx/sbin/
      Application Deployment Folder	Optional Field – No value required

      Table – Add Process (Webservice Application)
