CREATE/MODIFY ACROSS PROFILES

1. Execute a search on the profile list

   

2. Select the required processes to be Allowlisted

   

3. Select the appropriate option under LIBRARY MONITORING. This option applies to the search results ONLY

   

4. Select the Library/Script Auto Allowlisting option at the top of the page

   1. Safe Only – All the safe libraries associated with processes are auto-allowlisted

   2. All – All the libraries associated with processes are auto-allowlisted

   3. Disabled – None of the libraries associated with processes are auto-allowlisted

       

      

5. Select the appropriate option under ALLOWLIST. This option applies to the search results ONLY

   

6. Click YES on the confirmation screen

   

7. Alternatively, click the Allowlisted Libraries entry associated with a particular process

   

8. Select the required libraries to be allowlisted

   

9. Select the appropriate option under ALLOWLIST

   

10. Click YES on the confirmation screen

    

      NOTE:

    Once the allowlist is edited, the changes are NOT published to the hosts immediately. Modifications are in draft state and MUST be published as described below

     

11. The modified profiles are highlighted with the below icon

    

12. Publish/Discard the changes using the appropriate option at the profile level

    

13. Use the below dropdown for bulk publish/discard across profiles
