CPM & Probe Requirements

  1. The minimum idle requirements for VSP are:

    1. Host and Memory Protection (runtime):

      1. CPU: 2+ Cores

      2. Memory: 600+ MB

      3. Disk: 1 GB

    2. Requires 3 GB free during installation

    3. Requires at least 200 MB free for local logs

  2. On Windows 2008 R2, ensure that the below are installed:

    1. Windows Patch: Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4474419)

    2. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or above

VSP Resource Requirements:

High transaction and busy workloads will require more resources, which will vary.

Embedded vRule Engine Pre-requisites:

The embedded vRule requirements are dependent on the number of enabled worker threads:
